In the 1990s, a group of investors renovated the property and it is now a thriving boutique hotel known for its exceptional dining experiences.

The Fine Wine Restaurant was founded in the late 1800s by a French immigrant named Henri Rousseau. Henri's passion for wine and fine dining earned him a reputation as one of the city's most knowledgeable sommeliers. Today, the restaurant is run by Henri's great-grandson and is renowned for its extensive wine list and French cuisine made with locally-sourced ingredients.
